Everytime I see a team outside a competition practicing their stunting on concrete I imagine this is going to happen.

This type of activity happens more than we would like to think. At almost all the competitions I've been at I've seen teams practicing outside on asphalt or concrete prior to the warmup room and they are throwing/putting up stunts. I just don't see why coaches do this. It has always upset me but I've been told "we know what we are doing". I'm sure the girls in the video knew what they were doing too. But accidents happen.

Wise up coaches. Don't practice on hard surfaces.
