My suggestion to you is to contact the gyms directly. I know cheergyms.com is always looking to hire dedicated staff.

For your own personal privacy I would not give out your personal email. Have you spoken to your boss about why you are unhappy? Have you thought if it is a personal matter or a cheer matter. Sometimes people fade the two together and they need to be divided. Goodluck.
