Look at the editing tools .... whats this? we can insert youtube links like that! ahhhhhhhh! Love it!

And I just found the "Show Preview" button. I thought for a minute there we lost our option to preview before posting. PANIC ATTACK! Deep breath. I'm okay now that I found it.
