Thank you Danny for posting the video of the Pyramids Special Needs Team on the Cheergyms home page. I didn't get to go to GSSA to see all the teams compete, but I did watch the videos that were posted. They were awesome but this video is my absolute favorite. I'm still smiling as I write this.
Thanks but Jodi's the one who's worked hard to put this all together. I think it's going to be a great thing for years to come and I hope lots of other gyms follow suit.

"CSE Mom" did you show your other half? He had mentioned he wanted to see them as well. I am very proud of the girls. I hope to have a larger team for next year. See you soon!

I think you mean my better half . I also saw you jumping up and down in the video. You looked so proud. Congrats on the wonderful job you did with these girls. They were a joy to watch!
Your program should be so proud. That was so precious! I REALLY do hope other gyms start to follow!!! A great job to the cheerleader that helped them out. Thats very sweet of her!
Hi Jodi, The other half here :0), Yes I saw the video...It's wonderful. It put a smile on my face. We're so proud of Cheergyms for having this program available to the Special Needs Athletes so they can have the chance to participate in this sport. As Danny mentioned above, hopefully more gyms will follow suit :0)
They were awesome - they brought tears to my eyes.
At the Bren this past weekend, the Glacierz won Grand Champion (a perfect score) - it was the coolest thing to see the looks on their faces after hearing that. It was so nice of California AllStars to acknowledge them in that way. The highlight of the day.
Jodi- I remember during summer camp when you were expressing your hopes of creating a special needs team. I'm so happy that the team did so well at GSSA. They are an amazing and talented group of children. Watching the video makes me so happy that someone in the bay area has finally created a team to recognize such special individuals. Congratulations on the success of the Pyramids Special Needs Team!! -Lisa (Motions Sr. Maroon)
