Found this new Limited Coed Team's dance section and wanted to know what you thought about them. I heard they may be in Atlanta going for a Worlds Bid. Has anyone else heard about this team?

I think they will do well except the guys are going to get points off for the open shirt. Their lines are great. And everyone is in sync.

I love the costumes. Their timing is amazing. I would really like to see the gals be more involved in the routine. I think the small repetitive motions will be their downfall, they really need to step it up. I do not believe they will be a contender for a bid.
Yes, I like the girls uniforms (sorry, these aren't "costumes!). I'm not sure how they would work in the stunt section. And what a great new trend for the "hair bows". Over the top!
And yes. It is official. I have lost it. I'm over-compensating for lack of competition attendance on my part. And I'll also be missing the Savannah Seniorita's in Atlanta. I think this team will give them a run for their money in the "overall appearance" section of the score sheets. They may not be a contender this year for a bid, but I think we need to keep our eyes open for the coming years. They have potential.

See what can happen if you quickly scan over the text...I read the original post as this being a dance team in Atlanta, not just the dance section.
Unfortunately for them, my misreading doesn't change that I do not foresee a bid in their future. With the amount of bows and rats that fall off during a routine, there will definitely be multiple head pieces hitting the mat. Then all the tumbling crashes that are going to happen because the tumbler slipped on one, or worse veered off course trying to manuver around one and then crashes into another tumbler. Oh man! it's going to be a tumbling version of the pie eating contest in "Stand By Me".
Edited: as an experiment in posting bumping...experiment failed.
