Regina & I will be holding an open gym at Pyramids this Wednesday THE 2ND from 6-8pm. $5 at the door. Non All Stars are welcome but everyone must have paperwork filled out. Hope you all can make it. Danny

Justine and I will be holding an Open Gym on Thursday, January 3rd from 4:30-6:30. Anyone is welcome, you must have paperwork on file to participate. The cost is $5.00.

hey guys, my surgery was this morning.. very successful. at the last minute i changed my mind from cadaver to hamstring, just because the recovery time is less. and they found a very minimal miniscus tear.. just at the very bottom, but that won't affect my recovery time at all.. but i feel great. i mean...
