Regina & I will be holding an open gym at Pyramids this Wednesday THE 2ND from 6-8pm. $5 at the door. Non All Stars are welcome but everyone must have paperwork filled out. Hope you all can make it. Danny

hey guys, my surgery was this morning.. very successful. at the last minute i changed my mind from cadaver to hamstring, just because the recovery time is less. and they found a very minimal miniscus tear.. just at the very bottom, but that won't affect my recovery time at all.. but i feel great. i mean...
