Just wanted to say great job to the college team for really working hard on Sunday. I think a lot got accomplished so don't forget it with a week off. It was fun coaching you guys, thanks for being so cooperative. You guys are going to do great at your next comp! I hope everyone heals up quickly!

First off...thank you so much Coach Regina for running practice yesterday. We got so much done. The jumps look really clean, and it's nice to see everyone doing them the same way. I'm glad that we got to work on our stunts a lot too. The "Russian Waters" (as Marlon likes to call it) it really coming along....

Everyone should start coming to open gym. Even if you can only make it for an hour, it's still something. It's wed, thru, and fri night. All of us need to work on tumbling and if more people come then we can stunt, we really need people to start coming so we can improve Sunday practice is not enough. Sara
