There have been many questions about what to wear. All you need to wear is something that you will be able to work out in, hair up, and shoes on. As for money, checks/money orders can be made out to Cheergyms.com. I recommend everyone get there around 6:30pm to sign in and fill out Medical Release forms. S...

Just a heads up....Anyone wanting to work out with the college team, we will have additional open gyms on Mondays and Thursdays from 730-930 starting this thursday 7/19 @ Motions in San Jose. spread the word!
